Stability Threshold (Debounce) for Key Detection.
The number of consecutive frames a key candidate must be detected
before updating the display.
Usage:
Low (3-5): Responsive, catches fast jazz changes, risks glissando flicker. High (10-15): Very stable, "Classical" feel, ignores grace notes. Recommended: 6 (~100ms at 60fps).
